All About :  Kevin  (me!)

Me, myself, and I!

Hi! My name is Kevin and I am 14 years old and live in Ohio. I am in middle school and love it. My interests include: kayaking, reading, WikiAnswers, skiing, racquet ball, electricity (and anything even closely related to it), target shooting, hiking, and camping. I also enjoy music from the 60's, including, but not limited to, The Beatles and The Mamas and The Papas . I am also known in many areas for fixing computers and other personal electronics.

I run a Monopd server at atlantik.kevincroissant.com with my friend Josh.
I am a supervisor, mentor and bug exterminator on wiki.answers.com
I am an Admin/moderator on wikicomphelp.com/forum

I also enjoy ethical hacking. Please do not get mad at me for this. Hacking is the practice of understanding the workings of a system. Hackers do not break into systems, do anything illegal, or unlawful. Hackers are intelligent people who do not abuse privileges or discoveries. In fact, hackers are actually beneficial to system administrators. This can be if the hacker contacts the administrator and notify him of the problem so he can fix it. I have found problems and been thanked many times for notifying the admin of them! A hacker's inquisitive nature leads them to find ways of making technology work for them. Hackers do not support unauthorized access into systems, breaking into email systems, or anything of that nature. Please do not email me asking me how to do this type of stuff.
People May think that hackers are bad people. This is not true. The only reason for this belief is that the media is giving people the wrong understanding.  CRACKERS are criminals. CRACKERS abuse privileges, exploit discoveries, and commit crimes. CRACKERS are people who deface websites. CRACKERS do not create viruses. Script kiddies create viruses. They are also called virii coders. Script kiddies are also bad.

However, in the end, hackers are not bad people. Crackers are bad people.

My favorite phrase I made up is: Friends with everyone, not everyone's friend.
